HAROLD TERRY LINDAHL
b. 1931 Mitchell, South Dakota
ARCHITECTURAL PRACTICE
1949—1972 After high school: 12 years of preparing working drawings, 11 years Chief of Design on East
and West Coast major projects, high rise buildings, civic centers, schools, restaurants,
commercial and residential buildings.
1972—1978 President of UNIFIED SYSTEMS INC. Coordinated a consortium of Turner Construction Co.,
John’s Manville, Carrier Air Conditioning and Hollowell Lighting for the development and
bidding of GSA’s innovative Office Building Systems Program.
1976—1982 Partner Enomoto, Lindahl and Copeland A.I.A.
1983—1993 Established Lindahl Associates. Major projects included the construction of SFO’s International Terminal, Daly City Town Hall, restaurants and numerous other residential + commercial spaces.
1993— 2008 Lindahl Associates became a one-man architectural office. Return to painting and writing and the
development of the Intropy=Entropy Institute.
GURDJIEFF STUDIES
1957 Introductory year at the Gurdjieff Foundation New York, NY
1964-1984 20-year study of Gurdjieff ideas and methods under the tutelage of Lord John Pentland.

1978-1993 President of the Berkeley Gurdjieff Group, a non-profit 501-(c)3 corporation. Purchased and
renovated seven units on San Pablo Avenue during the course of group practice/meetings.
1993-Present Purchased 6500 sq ft building in San Francisco for use as headquarters for the
San Francisco Gurdjieff Society, Trioctave Editions, and the Intropy=Entropy Institute.
